Fish provide an excellent form of Vitamin D especially The Cat Fish with a huge dose, other more common seafood for Vitamin D is Salmon, Sardine and Tuna!
#3 Eggs
A strong dose of natural D can be found in your fridge with the added benefit of a high protein content Egg’s can be a great way to help supplement sources of vitamin d.
Apart from the natural sources you would still need to combine all 3 to get the recommended daily doses, so it’s often good and highly recommended to combine a good supplement to your diet and very important if you’re missing out on any of the above. We recommended a high quality product that meets the FDA standards such USANA Vitamins or ones that meet GMP like GNC
Remember to take Sunlight in Moderation and don’t over indulge in eggs (Especially fried) as it could cause other health problems.
